Terms of Use
The rules for this website. The work we do for clients is covered by its own agreement, not by this page. Last updated 16 September 2026.
Who you are dealing with
Done Right (DoneRight.ie) is the trading name of Monterra, SL, a company registered in Andorra at Carrer de l'Aigueta 19, 1r Pis, 3a Porta, Andorra la Vella AD500, Andorra, run by Niall Doherty from Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny. “We” and “us” below mean that company. Reach us at niall@doneright.ie or 087 4843489.
By using this site you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use it.
Using this site
Read it, print it, send a page to somebody who might need a website — all fine, and encouraged. What is not fine is scraping it, republishing it, reselling it, lifting the copy or the code onto another site, trying to break it or get at parts of it that are not public, or using it for anything unlawful.
What the site says is not a binding offer
The prices on this site are real starting points, not quotes. What a build actually costs depends on how many pages it runs to, what has to be written, what photography exists and what has to be sorted out. The only price that binds either of us is the one in a written quote we have sent you and you have accepted.
The same goes for the free homepage preview. It is a genuine offer and we do it regularly, but it depends on us having the time and on the project being one we think we can do well. We can say no, and occasionally we do.
Who owns what is on the page
The copy, design, layout, code, illustrations and the thumbs-up wordmark are ours or licensed to us. The client websites shown in the portfolio appear with their owners’ agreement and remain their owners’ work. None of it is there to be reused — if you want to use something, ask, and the answer is often yes.
What you send us
Whatever you type into the enquiry form stays yours. Sending it gives us permission to use it to reply to you and to put a quote together, and nothing else — how we handle it is set out in our privacy policy. Please do not send us anything confidential before we have agreed to work together, and do not send us material you do not have the rights to.
Work we do for you
If you become a client, the job runs on a separate written agreement — the proposal and terms we send you and you accept. That is where the scope, the deposit, the revision rounds, the timeline, who owns the finished site, and any hosting or care plan are settled. Those terms govern the work, and where they and this page disagree, they win. This page only ever covers the website you are reading.
Other people’s websites
We link out to client sites and to a few tools we rate. We do not run them and we are not responsible for what is on them.
What we do and do not stand over
We work to keep this site up, fast and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never be out of date. Nothing on it is advice tailored to your business — a page about what usually works for a builder in Waterford is not a recommendation about your builder’s website, which is what the free preview and a conversation are for.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising out of your use of this site or of anything you relied on here. Nothing in that sentence cuts down liability that cannot legally be cut down — death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or the rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
Governing law
These terms, and anything that arises out of them, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
